Refund Policy
Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy
Effective Date: August 5, 2026
Last Updated: August 5, 2026
1. Introduction
This Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy applies to purchases made directly from Visceral Entertainment LLC(“Visceral Entertainment,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) in connection with Elton Dom: The Young Elton Experience, including eligible event tickets, merchandise, digital products, booking deposits, and other products or services expressly offered by us.
Many tickets for performances of Elton Dom: The Young Elton Experience are sold by independent venues, presenters, promoters, theaters, ticketing platforms, or other third-party providers. Purchases made through a third party are governed by that provider’s refund, cancellation, exchange, and payment policies.
Please review all applicable terms carefully before completing a purchase.
2. Third-Party Ticket Purchases
If you purchase tickets through a venue, promoter, theater, ticketing platform, authorized ticket agent, reseller, or other third party, all requests concerning the following must be directed to the original seller:
-
Refunds.
-
Exchanges.
-
Credits.
-
Cancellations.
-
Postponements.
-
Event relocation.
-
Lost, stolen, damaged, or inaccessible tickets.
-
Duplicate purchases.
-
Seating issues.
-
Payment disputes.
-
Service, processing, delivery, or facility fees.
-
Accessible seating or ticket accommodations.
Visceral Entertainment LLC does not control the terms, transactions, systems, fees, customer-service procedures, or refund decisions of independent ticket sellers.
Submitting a request to Visceral Entertainment LLC does not constitute notice to the third-party seller and does not extend any deadline imposed by that seller.
You should retain your purchase confirmation and contact the original point of purchase promptly if an event is canceled, postponed, relocated, or materially changed.
3. Tickets Purchased Directly from Visceral Entertainment
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, all ticket sales made directly by Visceral Entertainment LLC are final and nonrefundable, except when:
-
The event is canceled and not rescheduled.
-
A refund is required by applicable law.
-
We expressly authorize a refund in writing.
-
The purchaser was charged incorrectly because of an error attributable to us.
-
The purchaser did not receive valid admission because of an error attributable to us.
A change in personal circumstances does not ordinarily qualify for a refund. This includes, without limitation:
-
Scheduling conflicts.
-
Illness or injury.
-
Travel difficulties.
-
Weather affecting the purchaser’s transportation.
-
Failure to attend.
-
Late arrival.
-
Failure to satisfy venue admission requirements.
-
Changes in personal preference.
-
Accidental purchases.
-
Failure to review event details before purchasing.
Any exception we make is discretionary, applies only to the particular transaction, and does not create an obligation to provide similar exceptions in the future.
4. Canceled Events
If an event for which tickets were purchased directly from Visceral Entertainment LLC is canceled and not rescheduled, the original purchaser will generally be eligible for a refund of the ticket price and any mandatory fees collected directly by us, except for amounts that are lawfully identified as nonrefundable.
Unless otherwise required by law, we are not responsible for reimbursing expenses that are separate from the ticket purchase, including:
-
Transportation.
-
Airfare.
-
Hotels or lodging.
-
Meals.
-
Parking.
-
Childcare.
-
Clothing or costumes.
-
Third-party service charges.
-
Lost wages.
-
Other incidental or consequential expenses.
Refunds will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may depend on the purchaser’s bank, credit-card issuer, payment platform, or other financial institution.
If tickets were purchased from a third party, the purchaser must request any available refund directly from that seller.
5. Postponed or Rescheduled Events
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will generally remain valid for the new date unless otherwise announced by the venue, promoter, ticket provider, or Visceral Entertainment LLC.
A postponement or rescheduling does not automatically entitle the purchaser to a refund.
When refunds, exchanges, or credits are offered for a postponed or rescheduled event, the applicable announcement will identify:
-
The available remedy.
-
The method for submitting a request.
-
The deadline for making the request.
-
Any additional conditions or restrictions.
Requests submitted after the announced deadline may be denied to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Purchasers should retain their original tickets and purchase confirmations until the event has occurred or the matter has been fully resolved.
6. Event Changes
Entertainment events are subject to change. Changes may include:
-
Performance dates or times.
-
Venue locations.
-
Seating arrangements.
-
Supporting performers.
-
Musicians or production personnel.
-
Program order.
-
Production elements.
-
Technical features.
-
Event duration.
-
Health, security, or admission procedures.
Minor or reasonable changes do not ordinarily qualify for a refund.
If an event undergoes a material change, any available refund, exchange, or credit will be determined by the original ticket seller, venue, presenter, promoter, or Visceral Entertainment LLC, as applicable.
7. Weather and Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Events may be affected by weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, power failures, governmental actions, public-health concerns, labor disputes, venue conditions, security concerns, technical failures, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
If an event proceeds as scheduled, a purchaser who chooses not to attend ordinarily will not be entitled to a refund.
If an event is canceled, postponed, relocated, or rescheduled because of circumstances beyond reasonable control, the refund or exchange terms announced for that event will apply.
8. Late Arrival, Denied Entry, and Removal
Refunds will not ordinarily be provided when a purchaser:
-
Arrives late.
-
Misses all or part of a performance.
-
Is denied entry for failing to present valid admission.

Fails to satisfy identification, security, dress, health, or venue requirements.
-
Is removed for disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or prohibited conduct.
-
Violates venue rules or event terms.
-
Attempts to use a counterfeit, duplicated, altered, canceled, or unauthorized ticket.
Late seating is subject to the policies of the applicable venue and may occur only at an appropriate break in the performance.
9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Tickets
The purchaser is responsible for safeguarding physical and electronic tickets.
Replacement of lost, stolen, damaged, deleted, or inaccessible tickets is not guaranteed and may require:
-
Proof of purchase.
-
Government-issued identification.
-
Verification of the payment method.
-
Payment of a replacement or reissuance fee.

Compliance with the procedures of the original ticket seller.
Visceral Entertainment LLC is not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers or transferred outside an authorized ticketing system.

-
A refund.
-
Store credit.
-
Replacement of a missing component.
The available remedy may depend on inventory and the nature of the issue.
16. Merchandise Refund Processing
Approved merchandise refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
We may reduce or deny a refund if:
-
The item is returned outside the permitted period.
-
The item has been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
-
Parts, accessories, or packaging are missing.
-
The product does not match the item originally purchased.
-
The return does not comply with this policy.
Financial institutions may require additional time to post an approved refund.
17. Digital Products
Digital downloads, streaming access, electronic materials, and other digital products are generally nonrefundable once delivered, downloaded, accessed, or made available.
We may provide a replacement file, access assistance, or another reasonable remedy if:
-
The file is corrupted.
-
Access was not provided because of our technical error.
-
The purchaser received the wrong digital product.
-
A refund is otherwise required by law.
Compatibility problems involving a purchaser’s device, software, internet connection, or third-party platform do not ordinarily qualify for a refund when the product was accurately described.
18. Booking Deposits and Performance Agreements
Deposits and payments for private performances, venue engagements, promotional appearances, corporate events, or other contracted services are governed primarily by the applicable written booking agreement.
Unless the agreement states otherwise:
-
Deposits are nonrefundable.
-
A booking is not confirmed until required agreements are signed and payments are received.
-
Cancellation fees may increase as the performance date approaches.
-
The client may remain responsible for nonrecoverable production, travel, staffing, rehearsal, or administrative expenses.
-
Rescheduling is subject to availability and written approval.
-
Payments may be applied to a rescheduled engagement only when expressly agreed in writing.
If a written booking agreement conflicts with this Website policy, the signed booking agreement will control.

Promotional codes and discounts:

Must be used before completing a purchase.
-
Cannot ordinarily be applied retroactively.
-
Have no cash value.
-
May be limited by date, inventory, event, product, purchaser, or transaction.
-
May not be combined unless expressly permitted.
-
May be revoked if obtained or used fraudulently.
The refund value of a discounted purchase will not exceed the amount actually paid.
20. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact the original seller to allow an opportunity to investigate and address the issue.
Fraudulent, abusive, or knowingly inaccurate chargebacks may result in:
-
Cancellation of tickets or orders.
-
Suspension of future purchasing privileges.
-
Recovery of chargeback fees or other amounts where legally permitted.
-
Referral for investigation or collection.
Nothing in this section limits a purchaser’s lawful rights to dispute an unauthorized or improper charge.

For an amount greater than the amount paid directly to us.
If the original payment method is no longer available, we may require additional verification and may issue an alternative form of refund where appropriate.
24. Processing Time
We will process approved refunds within a commercially reasonable period.
After a refund has been initiated, the timing of the credit is controlled by the purchaser’s bank, card issuer, financial institution, or payment platform.
Visceral Entertainment LLC is not responsible for delays caused by those institutions.
25. No Waiver of Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, limits, or waives any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, limited, or waived.
When applicable law grants the purchaser greater refund, cancellation, return, or warranty rights than those stated in this policy, the applicable law will control.
26. Policy Changes
We may update this Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy periodically.
Changes become effective when the revised policy is posted on the Website unless a later effective date is stated.
